১) প্রি- অর্ডারের জন্য অ্যাডভান্স করতে হবে। অর্ডার করার আগে ১০০% কন্ফার্ম হয়ে অর্ডার করুন। আপনার কাছ থেকে পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশন পেয়ে আমরা ফুল পেমেন্ট করে আপনার জন্য প্রোডাক্টটি বুক করি।

২) বর্তমানে ইন্ডিয়া এবং পাকিস্তান থেকে প্রোডাক্ট আস

তে ২৫ থেকে ৩০ দিন সময় লাগে। আপনারা হাতে সময় নিয়ে প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডারে করবেন। কখনো কখনো বেশি সময়ও লাগতে পার।

৩) ছবির সাথে সামনা সামনি কালার কিছুটা পার্থক্য হতে পারে। দয়া করে সেটা খেয়াল রেখেই অর্ডার দিবেন। মনে রাখবেন ছবি গুলোর জন্য হাই কোয়ালিটির ক্যামেরা ব্যবহার করা হয় এবং এডিট করা হয়।

৪) ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় প্রোডাক্ট চেক করে নিবে। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসার পর কোনো ধরণের কমপ্লেইন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

৫) ঢাকার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৬০- ৭০ টাকা এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ১০০-১৫০ টাকা। ডেলিভারি চার্জ যেকোনো পরিস্থিতিতে আপনাকেই দিতে হবে।
