By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment (if applicable).
Orders without confirmation or payment will not be processed.
2. Payment Policy
Advance payment may be required depending on the product category.
The remaining amount must be paid according to the agreed payment method before or at the time of delivery.
3. Delivery Policy
Ready to Ship
Products that are in stock are usually delivered within 3 working days after order confirmation.
Local Pre-Order
Products collected from within Bangladesh on a pre-order basis are usually delivered within 5–6 working days.
International Pre-Order
Products sourced from outside Bangladesh generally require 25–45 working days for delivery.
Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, supplier delays, courier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed.
Local and International Pre-Order items cannot be cancelled after processing has begun.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges will only be considered if:
Wrong product is delivered.
The product has a major manufacturing defect.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
Size or fitting issues.
Slight color differences due to lighting, photography, editing, or screen settings.
Minor variations in embroidery, lace, print placement, buttons, accessories, or fabric texture.
6. Size Responsibility
Customers are requested to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before confirming your order.
7. Product Appearance
Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, editing, and screen resolution.
Minor design variations from the supplier are considered normal.
8. Delivery Delay Disclaimer
While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
Customs clearance
Supplier delays
Courier delays
Public holidays
Natural disasters
Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
9. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing:
Correct Name
Complete Address
Valid Phone Number.
Revalyn BD will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
10. Parcel Checking Policy
Customers are requested to check the parcel in front of the delivery person.
Any issue regarding:
Wrong Product
Damaged Product
Missing Item
must be reported immediately while the delivery person is present.
Complaints made after the delivery person leaves may not be accepted.
11. Respectful Communication
Revalyn BD reserves the right to refuse service to customers engaging in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or disrespectful behavior.
12. Privacy Policy
Customer information is used only for order processing, delivery, and customer support. We do not sell or share customer information with unauthorized third parties.
13. Policy Updates
Revalyn BD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
By placing an order with Revalyn BD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated above.
REVALYN BD – শর্তাবলী
Revalyn BD-তে অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের সকল শর্তাবলী পড়েছেন, বুঝেছেন এবং মেনে নিয়েছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।
১. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ
প্রয়োজনীয় অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়) পাওয়ার পরই অর্ডার নিশ্চিত ও প্রসেস করা হবে।
কনফার্মেশন বা পেমেন্ট ছাড়া কোনো অর্ডার গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
২. পেমেন্ট নীতিমালা
পণ্যের ধরন অনুযায়ী অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
বাকি অর্থ নির্ধারিত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারির আগে অথবা ডেলিভারির সময় পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
৩. ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা
Ready to Ship (স্টকে থাকা পণ্য)
স্টকে থাকা পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়।
Local Pre-Order (বাংলাদেশের প্রি-অর্ডার)
বাংলাদেশ থেকে সংগ্রহযোগ্য প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারির আনুমানিক সময় ৫–৬ কার্যদিবস।
International Pre-Order (আন্তর্জাতিক প্রি-অর্ডার)
বিদেশ থেকে সংগ্রহযোগ্য প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারির আনুমানিক সময় ২৫–৪৫ কার্যদিবস।
কাস্টমস ক্লিয়ারেন্স, আন্তর্জাতিক শিপমেন্ট, সাপ্লায়ার ডিলে, কুরিয়ার সমস্যা, সরকারি ছুটি, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অন্যান্য অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
৪. অর্ডার বাতিল
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত ও প্রসেস হওয়ার পর তা বাতিল করা যাবে না।
Local Pre-Order এবং International Pre-Order পণ্য প্রসেস শুরু হওয়ার পর বাতিল গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
৫. রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতিমালা
শুধুমাত্র নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ বিবেচনা করা হবে—
ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে।
বড় ধরনের ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটি থাকলে।
নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়—
সাইজ বা ফিটিং সমস্যা।
আলো, ক্যামেরা, এডিটিং বা স্ক্রিন সেটিংসের কারণে রঙের সামান্য পার্থক্য।
এমব্রয়ডারি, লেইস, প্রিন্ট, বাটন, অ্যাক্সেসরিজ বা কাপড়ের স্বাভাবিক সামান্য পার্থক্য।
৬. সাইজের দায়িত্ব
অর্ডারের আগে অবশ্যই সাইজ চার্ট দেখে নিন।
সাইজ নিয়ে কোনো দ্বিধা থাকলে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার আগে আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন।
৭. পণ্যের রঙ ও ডিজাইন
আলো, ক্যামেরা, এডিটিং ও স্ক্রিন সেটিংসের কারণে পণ্যের রঙে সামান্য পার্থক্য দেখা যেতে পারে।
সাপ্লায়ারের কারণে ছোটখাটো ডিজাইন, এমব্রয়ডারি, লেইস, বাটন বা অ্যাক্সেসরিজে সামান্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে, যা স্বাভাবিক হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
৮. ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব
আমরা নির্ধারিত সময়ে ডেলিভারির সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে নিচের কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে—

সাপ্লায়ার ডিলে
কুরিয়ার সমস্যা
সরকারি ছুটি
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ
অন্যান্য অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতি
এসব কারণে নির্ধারিত সময়ের তুলনায় ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হলে Revalyn BD দায়ী থাকবে না।
৯. গ্রাহকের তথ্য
গ্রাহকের সঠিক নাম, সম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা এবং সচল মোবাইল নম্বর প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক।
ভুল তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত কোনো সমস্যার জন্য Revalyn BD দায়ী থাকবে না।
১০. পার্সেল গ্রহণ
ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে পার্সেল ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করে গ্রহণ করুন।
ভুল পণ্য, ড্যামেজ বা কোনো পণ্য কম থাকলে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতেই জানাতে হবে।
ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর এ ধরনের অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা নাও হতে পারে।
১১. সম্মানজনক যোগাযোগ
অসৌজন্যমূলক, প্রতারণামূলক, হুমকিমূলক বা অসম্মানজনক আচরণের ক্ষেত্রে Revalyn BD সেবা প্রদান প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
১২. গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা
গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রসেসিং, ডেলিভারি এবং কাস্টমার সাপোর্টের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হবে। গ্রাহকের অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো অননুমোদিত তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে এসব তথ্য শেয়ার করা হবে না।
১৩. নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন
Revalyn BD প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
Revalyn BD-তে অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি উপরোক্ত সকল শর্তাবলী পড়েছেন, বুঝেছেন এবং মেনে নিয়েছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।
