Pricing
After receiving the complete tech pack/ specification sheet our skilled team initially checks the costing & finalize with customer. Then we go for sourcing the factory who can meet our agreed price with our buyer for both in terms of quality and capacity to meet contractual requirements.
Sampling
We develop samples based on our customer’s requirements to provide them for their approval after price & order confirmation.
Order Ex*****on
We are very much intimate and regular to keeping in touch with are valued customers. We monitor the entire order from sampling to shipment very closely. Provide updated status on sampling, production and shipment to our buyers regularly. A pro-active approach is maintained towards the identification of problem areas and immediate application of corrective measures to ensure timely delivery of products.
Sourcing Yarns, Fabrics & Accessories
We help your company get ahead by sourcing items on your behalf in the local market in Bangladesh as well as India, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. We control quality of all fabrics and yarn inputs and coordinates timing of their procurement and imports and its timely delivery at manufacturers.
All fabrics are tested for color fastness, fabric strength, flammability and other parameters set by our customers to ensure product satisfaction. Most commonly used fabrics are cotton, twill, denim, polyester, nylon, lycra, viscose, yarn dyed plaids, stripes, dobbies, jacquards, herring bones, yarn dyes, moss crepes, spandex, poly micro fibres, poly micro mesh, interlocks, knit piques, fleece, rib, jersey knit etc.

Our merchandising follow up and quality control assurance build up a strong relationship and understanding with our clients and manufacturers, which assure the loyal long lasting partnership with our clients and manufacturers. We take orders as per our capacity. We have dedicated individuals from merchandiser to QC for each customer to follow up, development or sampling stage to shipment. Our dedication and professional services allow us to connect more and more clients and support us in increase of turn over and understanding the better way to improve our services more and more, which helps our clients and manufacturers working together.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
We maintain international AQL standard requirements from the yarn –weaving –fabric stages to finish product. All our highly professional quality control personal will ensure that all production run in accordance to AQL standard in order to eliminate any dissatisfaction and save you money and time. Please note during production our QC personnel always stationed at manufacturing sites
Our Working Style:
For styling/development sample- Local yarn/fabric & animation we need 7-10 days & with imported materials need 21-25 days after receiving the inquiry.
Price quotation within 3 working days.
Labdip - local within 5-7 days & imported within 10-15 days.
Fit sample/ Size set sample within 4-5 business days & PPS sample within 7 days after receipt comment.
Production update/Status weekly for each customer.
QC inline & final inspection report send to customer quality department next day of inspection.
Payment & Documentation:
Payments Terms: As sight Irrevocable L/C or Wire Transfer in 100% Advance as per negotiating bank's instruction.
Type of Documentary Credit: Irrevocable and transferable.
Trans Shipment: Allowed
BL Clause: Full set clean on board original BL issued into the order of negotiating bank and endorsed by the same bank in favor of LC opening bank.
Presentation of Documents: 21 days from the date of BL.
ICC Publications No: LC must be subject to latest ICC publication.
