Today, we mark twelve years since the building collapse in — a tragedy that claimed the lives of over 1,138 garment workers and brought global attention to the conditions in the fashion supply chain.

Since then, important progress has been made, particularly in factory safety through binding initiatives like the Accord, signed by over 260 brands across the world. But key challenges remain:
