We are genuinely sorry for the experience some of our customers are facing right now. Some of you have not received replies to your messages or queries, and we sincerely apologize for that.

Over the past few days, we have been receiving 3,000+ messages a day, 400+ customer calls, and another 400–500 calls from our inventory and delivery partners regarding orders and dispatch. The sudden surge in orders and communication has pushed our small team beyond what we anticipated.

Because of this, our team has been prioritizing dispatching orders and solving urgent customer problems first. While most messages are about price or order inquiries, some involve real issues we are actively trying to resolve and unfortunately, with this volume, a few messages can sometimes be missed.

Please know that our intentions are always to help and serve our customers the best we can. Our team has been working extremely long hours, often up to 18 hours a day this Ramadan, to resolve everything as quickly as possible.

We are humans, we do make mistakes but our commitment to you is genuine. Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and for supporting Wrongs and Rebels.
