১। অর্ডার এবং নিশ্চিতকরণ
• পণ্যের ছবি ও বিবরণ যতদূর সম্ভব সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপন করা হয়। তবে আলোর ভিন্নতায় রঙে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে।
• ইনবক্স, ওয়েবসাইট, অথবা WhatsApp-এর মাধ্যমে অর্ডার দিতে পারেন। অর্ডার দিতে হ

লে নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ঠিকানা ও পণ্যের নাম/কোড অবশ্যই দিতে হবে।

২। পেমেন্ট ও মূল্য
• আমরা বিকাশ, নগদ, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার এবং ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) গ্রহণ করি (নির্বাচিত এলাকায়)।
• অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণের জন্য কিছু ক্ষেত্রে আগাম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
• পণ্যের মূল্য ও ডেলিভারি চার্জ যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
৩। ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং
• ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে সাধারণত ১–৩ কর্মদিবসে এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ২–৫ কর্মদিবসে ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
• ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহকের অবস্থান অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে এবং অর্ডার কনফার্মের সময় জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
• অনুগ্রহ করে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় প্যাকেজ চেক করে নিন।
৪। রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি
• আমরা প্রতিটি পণ্যে গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করার চেষ্টা করি।
• কেবলমাত্র ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হলে রিটার্ন/বদল করা যাবে, যা প্রাপ্তির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ভিডিও প্রমাণসহ জানাতে হবে।
• ব্যবহৃত, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ট্যাগ খোলা পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।
• চামড়াজাত পণ্যের প্রাকৃতিক বৈশিষ্ট্য অনুযায়ী কিছু পরিবর্তন গ্রহণযোগ্য ধরা হয়।

• আপনার দেওয়া সকল তথ্য (নাম, ফোন, ঠিকানা) শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রসেস ও গ্রাহক সেবা প্রদানের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হবে।
• ভিট্টোরিও লুসসো আপনার তথ্য তৃতীয় কোনো পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করে না।
৬। মালিকানা ও কপিরাইট
• ভিট্টোরিও লুসসো -এর নাম, লোগো, ডিজাইন, ছবি ও কনটেন্ট কপিরাইট দ্বারা সংরক্ষিত।
• কোনো অনুমতি ছাড়া আমাদের কনটেন্ট কপি, ব্যবহার বা শেয়ার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
৭। শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
• ভিট্টোরিও লুসসো যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার রাখে।
• সর্বশেষ আপডেট পেজ বা ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত হবে এবং তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে প্রযোজ্য হবে।

• Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days in Dhaka and 2–5 working days outside Dhaka.
