বাংলাদেশ শিল্পকলা একাডেমীর সর্বশেষ নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী আমরা জানাচ্ছি যে ওসমান হাদি ভাইয়ের মত দেশপ্রেমিক হারানোর বেদনা নিয়ে Giant Group Presents Frames of Freedom of BUFT
এক্সিবিশনটি আগামী ২১ ও ২২ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৫ তারিখে পুনরায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

পূর্বে ঘোষিত সাময়িক স্থগিতাদেশ প্রত্যাহার করে শিল্পকলা একাডেমীর নির্দেশনা মোতাবেক প্রদর্শনী পুনরায় চালু করা হচ্ছে। নির্ধারিত সময়সূচি অনুযায়ী এক্সিবিশন চলমান থাকবে।

পুরস্কার বিতরণী অনুষ্ঠানের সময় ও তারিখ আমাদের অফিসিয়াল ফেসবুক পেজে প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল অংশগ্রহণকারীদের ই-মেইলের মাধ্যমে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

Buying House (বায়িং হাউজ) হল একটি মধ্যস্থতাকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান যা বিদেশি বায়ার (Buyer) এবং দেশীয় গার্মেন্টস ফ্যাক্টরি এর মধ্যে যোগাযোগকারী ও সমন্বয়কারী হিসেবে কাজ করে।

✅ Buying House কীভাবে কাজ করে?

Buying House মূলত বিদেশি বায়ার এর কাছ থেকে অর্ডার নিয়ে দেশীয় গার্মেন্টস ফ্যাক্টরিতে প্রোডাকশন করিয়ে দেয়। তারা পণ্যের গুণগত মান, সময়মতো ডেলিভারি, এবং প্রয়োজনীয় সব টেকনিক্যাল বিষয় পর্যবেক্ষণ করে।

✅ Buying House এর প্রধান কাজসমূহ:

1. বায়ার/ক্লায়েন্ট সংগ্রহ করা

বিদেশি বায়ারদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করে অর্ডার নেওয়া।

2. ফ্যাক্টরি নির্বাচন ও অর্ডার প্লেসমেন্ট

গার্মেন্টস ফ্যাক্টরি বাছাই করে তাতে অর্ডার প্লেস করা।

3. স্যাম্পলিং ও অ্যাপ্রুভাল

বায়ারের জন্য স্যাম্পল তৈরি করে পাঠানো এবং অনুমোদন নেওয়া।

4. Cost Negotiation ও Merchandising

দাম নির্ধারণ, প্রোডাকশন টাইমলাইন ঠিক করা, এবং পুরো ম্যানেজমেন্ট।

5. Quality Assurance ও Production Monitoring

পণ্যের মান যাচাই করা, ইনলাইন এবং ফাইনাল ইনস্পেকশন করা।

6. Shipping & Documentation

শিপমেন্টের সব কাগজপত্র তৈরি করে বায়ারকে পাঠানো।

H&M সরাসরি কোনো ফ্যাক্টরির সাথে যোগাযোগ না করে XYZ Buying House এর সাথে চুক্তি করে।

XYZ Buying House বাংলাদেশে তাদের পরিচিত ABC Garments Ltd. ফ্যাক্টরিতে অর্ডারটি প্লেস করে।

XYZ Buying House সমস্ত প্রক্রিয়া যেমন: স্যাম্পলিং, প্রোডাকশন, কোয়ালিটি কন্ট্রোল, এবং শিপিং পর্যন্ত সব কিছু তদারকি করে।

✅ কেন Buying House প্রয়োজন?

বিদেশি বায়ারদের অনেক সময় দেশের বাজার ও ভাষা সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকে না।

তারা বিশ্বাসযোগ্য প্রতিনিধি হিসেবে Buying House ব্যবহার করে।

সময়, গুণগত মান ও যোগাযোগের ঝামেলা থেকে বাঁচতে চায়।

It is with profound sorrow that we at No-Man Design & Sourcing mourn the untimely passing of Mr. Abdullah Hil Rakib, Managing Director of Team Group and Former Senior Vice President of BGMEA.

He tragically lost his life in a boating accident at Sturgeon Lake, Ontario, Canada — a heartbreaking loss for the RMG industry and the nation.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, colleagues, and all those who were touched by his work and legacy.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
