𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲(𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚):
১. ডেলিভারির সময় প্রোডাক্ট চেক:-
📍ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে প্রোডাক্ট ভালোভাবে চেক করে নেবেন। যদি প্রোডাক্টে কোনো ড্যামেজ বা ত্রুটি পাওয়া যায়, অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় আমাদের জানাবেন এবং সমস্যার ছবি পাঠাবেন।
➡️ভেরিফিকেশন শেষে কোনো অতিরিক্ত খরচ ছাড়াই প্রোডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ করে দেয়া হবে।
২. ড্যামেজ না থাকলে রিটার্ন:-
📍প্রোডাক্টে কোনো ড্যামেজ না থাকলেও যদি রিটার্ন করতে চান, সে ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ কাস্টমারকে বহন করতে হবে।
৩. সাইজ সংক্রান্ত এক্সচেঞ্জ:-
📍সাইজ সংক্রান্ত কোনো সমস্যা হলে ডেলিভারির পর ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
⚜️স্টকে অ্যাভেইলেবল প্রোডাক্টের সাথে প্রোডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ করে দেয়া হবে।
⚜️সাইজ এক্সচেঞ্জের ক্ষেত্রে এক্সচেঞ্জ চার্জ দিতে হবে।
⚜️আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে ভুল সাইজ ডেলিভারি হলে অতিরিক্ত খরচ ছাড়াই প্রোডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ করে দেয়া হবে।
৪. গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোট:-
⚠️ ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর কোনো রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
⚠️নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরে কোনো এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
⚠️ এক্সচেঞ্জের ক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট অবশ্যই অপরিবর্তিত, অব্যবহৃত এবং ট্যাগসহ থাকতে হবে।
𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲(𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡):
1. Product Check at the Time of Delivery:-
📍 Please check the product carefully in front of the delivery person.
If you find any damage or defect, kindly inform us while the delivery person is still present and share clear photos of the issue.
➡️ After verification, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
2. Return Without Any Damage:-
📍 If you wish to return the product despite there being no damage, the delivery charge will be borne by the customer.
3. Size Exchange Policy:-
📍 For any size-related issues, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
⚜️ We will exchange the product with an available size from our stock.
⚜️ An exchange charge will apply for size exchanges.
⚜️ If an incorrect size is delivered from our end, the exchange will be done free of charge.
4. Important Notes:-
⚠️ Returns will not be accepted once the delivery is completed.
⚠️ Exchanges will not be accepted after the specified time period.
⚠️ For any exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unchanged, and returned with original tags intact.
