নামাজের সিজদায় আল্লাহর ভয়ে ও ভালোবাসায় কান্না করা অত্যন্ত ফজিলতপূর্ণ একটি ইবাদত。কোরআন ও হাদিস অনুযায়ী, এটি আল্লাহর প্রতি বিনয় ও গভীর ভক্তির অন্যতম একটি নিদর্শন。সিজদায় কান্নার বিষয়ে কোরআন ও হাদিসের মূল নির্দেশনাগুলো নিচে তুলে ধরা হলো:

কোরআনের নির্দেশনা: আল্লাহ তায়ালা পবিত্র কোরআনে এমন নেককার বান্দাদের প্রশংসা করেছেন, যখন তাদের সামনে আল্লাহর আয়াত তেলাওয়াত করা হয়, তখন তারা কাঁদতে কাঁদতে সিজদায় লুটিয়ে পড়ে।রাসূল (সা.)-এর আমল: সিজদারত অবস্থায় রাসূলুল্লাহ (সা.) আল্লাহর ভয়ে কাঁদতেন এবং তাঁর বুক থেকে কান্নার কারণে ফুটন্ত হাঁড়ির মতো শব্দ (হাঁফানোর আওয়াজ) আসত।

ফরজ ও সুন্নতে করণীয়: আল্লাহর ভয়, জাহান্নামের আজাব বা জান্নাতের আশায় নিজের থেকে কান্না এলে তা নামাজে বৈধ এবং এর ফলে নামাজ নষ্ট হয় না। তবে ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে শব্দ করে কাঁদা বা বিলাপ করা নিষেধ।

দুনিয়াবি কারণে কান্না: কোনো পার্থিব দুঃখ-কষ্ট (যেমন—সংসারের অভাব বা প্রিয়জনের মৃত্যু) স্মরণ করে নামাজে শব্দ করে কাঁদলে অনেক আলেমের মতে নামাজ ভেঙে যেতে পারে।

দোয়াসমূহ: সিজদায় সাধারণত নিজের ভাষায় পার্থিব কোনো দোয়া করা নিষেধ। তাই সিজদায় কান্না এলে হাদিসে বর্ণিত দোয়া (যেমন—সুবহানা রাব্বিয়াল আ'লা) এবং আল্লাহর কাছে ক্ষমা ও রহমত প্রার্থনা করা উচিত।আপনি কি জানতে চান সিজদায় আরবিতে কোন মুনাসিব ও হাদিস সমর্থিত দোয়াগুলো কান্না করার সময় বেশি কার্যকর?

পণ্ডিতি করে বা ভণ্ডামি ও লোকদেখানো আচরণের মাধ্যমে যারা সমাজের 'চোখের নেতা' হতে চায়, তাদের বিষয়ে পবিত্র কোরআনে কঠোর নিন্দা ও সতর্কবার্তা দেওয়া হয়েছে।

ভণ্ড বা মুনাফিক: যারা লোকদেখানো কাজ করে এবং মানুষকে দেখানোর জন্যই কেবল ধর্মীয় বা ভালো কথা বলে, তাদের আল্লাহ তাআলা কোরআনে 'মুনাফিক' (কপট) হিসেবে আখ্যায়িত করেছেন। আল্লাহ বলেন, "তারা যখন মানুষের সামনে দাঁড়ায়, তখন অলসভাবে দাঁড়ায়; মানুষকে দেখায় এবং তারা আল্লাহকে খুব অল্পই স্মরণ করে।" (সূরা আন-নিসা, আয়াত ১৪২)

নেককার সাজার ভান: কোরআনে এমন ব্যক্তিদের কথা বলা হয়েছে, যাদের মুখের কথা খুব মিষ্টি কিন্তু অন্তরে তারা চরম বিদ্বেষ ও ধোঁকাবাজি পোষণ করে। (সূরা আল-বাকারাহ, আয়াত ২০৪)

লোকদেখানো আমল (রিয়া): হাদিস শরীফে লোকদেখানো এই প্রবণতাকে 'শিরকে আসগর' বা ছোট শিরক বলা হয়েছে। যে ব্যক্তি মানুষকে দেখানোর জন্য কোনো কাজ করে বা নেতার ভান ধরে, কিয়ামতের দিন আল্লাহ তাআলা তাকে চরমভাবে লাঞ্ছিত করবেন (সহিহ বুখারি ও মুসলিম)।কোরআন ও হাদিসের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী, সত্যিকার নেতৃত্ব হলো নিঃস্বার্থ সেবা, বিনয় এবং ব্যক্তিগত আমলের মাধ্যমে অর্জিত গুণ। যারা অহংকার, ভণ্ডামি ও বাগাড়ম্বরের মাধ্যমে সমাজে প্রভাব বিস্তার করতে চায়, তাদের পরিণতি কখনো কল্যাণকর হয় না।
