১. আপনার পছন্দের পণ্য -টির ছবি অথবা লিঙ্ক টা কপি করে আমাদেরকে মেসেজ / ইনবক্স করুন।
২. পণ্যটি আমাদের স্টক এ থাকলে আমরা যত দ্রুত সম্ভব রিপ্লাই দিয়ে কন্ফার্ম করব, এবং মেসেজ এর মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ( ঢাকার মধ্যে সর্বনিম্ন ৳ ৬০ এবং ঢাকার বাইরে সর্বনিম্ন ৳ ১০০) সহ মোট মূল্যের পরিমান জানিয়ে দেব।
৩. এরপর আপনার পূর্ণ নাম, সম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা এবং

মোবাইল নাম্বার আমাদের ইনবক্স করে জানিয়ে দিন।
৪. ঢাকার ভেতরে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির মাধ্যমে মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন।
আর ঢাকার বাইরে হলে, কিছু মূল্য অগ্রিম বিকাশ করতে হবে। বিকাশ করে আমাদেরকে জানালে আমরা আপনার অর্ডার কনফার্ম করবো এবং কুরিয়ার এর মাধ্যমে পণ্যটি পাঠাবো।
৫. আমরা অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর ৩ থেকে ৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্যটি আপনার দেয়া ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে যাবে।
6. আমাদের কোনো রিটার্ন পলিসি নেই।

1. Choose the product you like and message / inbox us the picture or the link.
2. If the product is in stock, we will reply back to confirm as soon as possible and let you know the total cost of the product including the delivery charge ( minimum ৳ 60 for delivery inside dhaka and minimum ৳100 for outside dhaka).
3. Thereafter, please inbox us your full name, full delivery address and phone number.
4. Cash on delivery is avaialble inside Dhaka city only. For outside Dhaka, you need to make payment via Bkash and text us to notify when payment has been made, we will then confirm and dispatch your order.
5. Your product will be delivered to your address within 3 to 5 working days after the order confirmation.
