𝐀 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲-𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Today, Bangladesh’s leading RMG consultancy firm R&G 3rd Eye signed an MoU with BKMEA to conduct in-depth factory assessments for 50 BKMEA member factories in the first phase.

Through this initiative, R&G 3rd Eye will identify key improvement areas in productivity, efficiency, system development, and overall operational performance to support the sustainable growth of member factories.

The MoU signing session was attended by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐅𝐚𝐳𝐥𝐞𝐞 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐦 𝐄𝐡𝐬𝐚𝐧, 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐊𝐌𝐄𝐀, 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐑𝐮𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐰𝐚𝐬, 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐊𝐌𝐄𝐀, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐫. 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐦 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧, 𝐂𝐄𝐎 𝐨𝐟 𝐑&𝐆 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐄𝐲𝐞.

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to strengthening Bangladesh’s knitwear and RMG sector through practical assessment, structured guidance, and continuous improvement.

যদিও আমাদের পোশাক শিল্পে প্রশিক্ষণের কোন বিকল্প নেই, কিন্তু বেশিরভাগ প্রতিষ্ঠানই এ বিষয়ে ততটা সচেতন না।

সঠিক নির্দেশনা ও দূরদর্শী পরিকল্পনার অভাবে এই সেক্টরের মিড-লেভেল কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ সেই প্রশিক্ষণ থেকে বঞ্চিত যা পেলে তাদের নিজেদের কর্ম দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধির পাশাপাশি তারা মানসিক ভাবেও এগিয়ে থাকতে পারত।

আর এই মিড-লেভেল কর্মকর্তাদের জন্যই বিশেষ প্রশিক্ষণের মাধ্যমে দক্ষতা উন্নয়নে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে R&G 3rd Eye এর এক্সপার্ট কনসাল্টেন্ট টিম।

সম্প্রতি টঙ্গি বিসিকে অবস্থিত সুমি আপ্যারেলস লি. (Sumi Apparels Ltd.) এর সকল লাইন চিফ এবং কোয়ালিটি কন্ট্রোলার দের কে নিয়ে একটি প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মশালার আয়োজন করা হয়েছ যেখানে টিম ওয়ার্ক, প্রডাকশন বৃদ্ধির উপায় সহ বিভিন্ন বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হয়েছে।

আশা করছি এধরনের প্রশিক্ষণের ফলে আমাদের পোশাক শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোতে প্রত্যাশিত ফলাফল আনতে মিড-লেভেল কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ দৃঢ় ভূমিকা রাখতে সক্ষম হবেন।

Yesterday, R&G 3rd Eye had the privilege of conducting a day-long strategic training session with the key personnel of Rahman Sportswear Ltd., a prominent apparel group based in Narayanganj.

The session focused on strengthening team alignment, leadership mindset, ownership, and practical approaches to improve daily ex*****on and organizational performance.
