I am super excited to share with you NYD Cymru's 2026 show logo - the A to Z of Dance!!

It was really fun to do something new and research all the songs to find the inspiration for the images!

I took iconography from the music videos, song lyrics and the dances themselves to create the final design - and then used the NYD colour palette to finish it off

Can't wait for the show day! March 28th, let's do it!!

In just over 2 weeks our amazing students will be taking part in our annual show, The A to Z of Dance.

Myself and my teachers are so proud of the students, who have worked so hard on technique, performance skills and facial expressions.

I would also like to thank one of our incredible students, Charlotte of Smiley Face Designs for the design of our show graphic!

the costumes I made for our dance show COLOURS! 🌈

The children did a tap routine to Itsy Bitty Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikini and we couldn't find the right costumes - so I made them! 💛

I had to measure, fit and create each piece individually from scratch

I cut the patterns, the fabric, and fitted to ensure everyone was comfortable

This was so much fun to create, and it was the first time to see my designs up on stage!

March is here, spring is coming, new goals for the month!

Spring is a time of growth, and I really want SFD to grow, expand and develop with the new season

I really want the event in April to succeed
I am excited for any upcoming custom orders
I have so many ideas for the future of SFD!

I want to sew something for me, just because I can
I need to prep for the dance show at the end of the month, and I love it!
I need to schedule in some time with my friends and family, because sometimes being busy makes time go too fast!
