VACANCY: ADMISSIONS OFFICER
The Textile and Clothing Institute of Botswana (TCIB) is a vibrant and growing training institution committed to delivering high-quality education and practical skills in the textile and garment industry. We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Admissions Officer to manage and coordinate student recruitment and admissions processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the student admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
- Respond to prospective student queries via email, phone, Whatsapp and in-person visits.
- Process applications, verify documents, and maintain accurate admission records.
- Guide applicants through course offerings, entry requirements, and registration procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support student recruitment campaigns and outreach activities.
- Organize and participate in open days, career expos, and school visits.
- Generate reports on admissions trends, student data, and enrolment statistics.
- Ensure all admissions practices comply with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Public Administration or Marketing
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in student admissions in an academic or training institution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
