From we're young we are sold the image that life is enjoyable, care free, beautiful, easy and a bed of roses and IT'S NOT. Life is challenging and full of suffering. So it requires several things on our part so that we can win at life and I'll list 3 of them...

1. Discipline - this is the ability to stay on a good path, put in the needed work to get a positive outcome, avoid things that can make your life become difficult.
2. Action- everyone deep down knows what they need to DO, most people brains are fill with knowledge...however all that means nothing if you're not DOING.

3. Spirituality - feed and develop the man you are on the inside...living by the "flesh" will always lead you down the easy path, the wrong path and you will always feel depress. Put God first and put your selfish self in the back.
