Our Custom Ranch Pads Are Finally Here!
Finally, our custom ranch pads arrived today—and 40% are already sold! We still have a few available, so if you’ve been waiting for one, don’t wait too long!
These pads are made with a superior-quality wool and felt blend and carefully designed with a contoured shape to follow the horse’s body for a better fit and improved comfort. This makes them an excellent choice for performance horses across various disciplines, including barrel racing, roping, trail riding, and more.
We also added a full-size leather wear patch to help protect the pad from rubbing and friction, extending its lifespan. The pads are reinforced with heavy-duty stitching and thread for added strength and durability.
And, of course, we wanted them to look as good as they perform! The wear leather features beautiful hand tooling and carving, giving each pad a unique and eye-catching Western look.
Our ranch pads are available in various sizes, including 30" × 32", 32" × 32", and more, with 3/4" to 1" thickness options.
If your preferred size or color is sold out, we can have one custom made for you within approximately 2 weeks in your preferred size and color.

We offer a variety of sizes, including 28" × 32", 30" × 32", and 32" × 32", with thickness options of 1/2", 3/4", and 1" to suit different horses and riding needs. We make them in felt and wool.
Each pad is reinforced with full tooled wear leather to help protect high-wear areas and extend the life of the pad. I’m a big fan of the sidepull headstall. They work exceptionally well for both me and my horses, and over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of selling more than 150 sets to riders around the world. 🤎🐴
As I gain more experience and receive feedback from riders, I’m constantly refining and improving the functionality of my products.
Our previous sidepulls were made with very heavy-duty leather, designed to withstand significant tugging and pulling. They performed exactly as intended and proved to be incredibly strong and durable.
With our latest sidepull design, we’ve taken what we learned from those original sets and made some improvements. We reduced some of the weight while maintaining the strength and durability needed for long-term use.
The result is a lighter, more comfortable sidepull that still delivers the reliability, performance, and longevity you expect from a well-made headstall.
Current sizing & availability:
Our in-stock sidepulls are made in Quarter Horse (QH) size and are adjustable to fit many similar-sized breeds. We also offer custom sizing for horses outside the standard range, including Draft horses, ponies, and other breeds.
We currently have several sidepulls available and can ship anywhere in BC, across Canada, and worldwide. 🌎
