Well, we made it! Spring is finally feeling like it is on its way with warmer weather and longer days. Winter seems like it was the longest one on record for obvious reasons, but we took that time to plan our next wooden toys to share with the world. This time we wanted to create something for that newest bundle of joy in your family, so they can start exploring the world around them.

Meet the Infant Activity Gym. This little structure will allow your Mischief Infant to start exploring items within their reach. Our activity gym helps to strengthen hand-eye coordination, and grasping and reaching reflexes by encouraging infants to grasp objects hanging from the gym, and build an understanding of cause and effect as they wiggle and shake toys.

Our activity gym is made from natural wood with a smooth bevel on all edges - safety first for your little one. It is sanded and ready to paint or customize to your liking! Macrame toys are custom-made (from 100% cotton, and natural wood rings) by my wife, and come in various designs.

We’ve taken a break, but we’re back with some exciting news - especially for our friends and followers from Ontario to the Maritimes!

We are super excited to announce that we can now ship from Nova Scotia to Ontario and anywhere in between! Turns out the Pikler is not an easy object to package up (who knew!), but we’ve done some digging, and creative problem-solving, and are now able to ship within Eastern Canada for a small flat rate of $50.

Take a closer look at our Double-Sided Ramp with Climbing Steps.

One side can be used as a slide, and the other can be used while your child is learning to climb. It’s great to have two sides where climbing or sliding can be set to different inclines depending on your child’s age and abilities - or, your comfort level as a parent! 🤷🏾‍♂️

We make sure to soften all of the edges with a rounded contour and place a slight bevel on each of the climbing steps. Our ramp is made from ¾” plywood and is sanded to a smooth paintable finish for your little one to have some fun decorating - or leave it natural if that’s more your thing.

Happy New Year! In the spirit of a new year, we’d like to begin by officially introducing our first toy.

Meet The Pikler.

The Pikler Triangle is the first product in our line of handmade wooden toys for children. For ages one to 12 - because let’s be honest this may be too ‘cool’ for teenagers. This climbing structure has endless accessory options that will test agility and adventure in your Mischief Babies.

The Pikler Triangle will be more than just a toy for your child. Designed to help your child build their freedom of motion and increase their motor development skills, this wooden climber is geared towards their independent learning and creativity.

We look forward to showcasing the many ways this toy can be used beyond climbing … you will be impressed by its versatility! Stay tuned to see how the Pikler Triangle can grow and change with your child from year to year.
