Quick job today replacing a damaged post and couple rusted brackets. While I was there I tightened every post, tightened all the black caps and looped the rope to the same height. Next step might be ordering a new rope.

We removed the original concrete steps that didn’t have the proper landing to open the door safely. Providing wide, deep steps and a platform 36x41” allows a person to stand there and open the door without taking a step down to get the door open. A handrail is not required but may be added at a later time.

Just updated a kitchen to a more modern look. I changed the backsplash to a PVC shiplap, added a dimmable light over the sink, changed the sink faucet from chrome to black, changed the oven exhaust fan from white to stainless to match the stove. These were small changes but the final results were worth it.
