But I need some throttle therapy this week.

So, I thought I would do an impromptu FTF night!

We are going to meet at

160+ BIKES. ONE REASON. MAYA. ❤️🏍️

From BCIT to BC Children’s Hospital, more than 160 motorcycles rolled together for one incredible 12-year-old warrior.

Maya Gebala survived the unimaginable. Shot three times in the head and neck during the Tumbler Ridge school shooting while trying to protect others, she continues to fight, heal and make incredible strides in her recovery.

So this weekend, the motorcycle community showed up for her.

160+ bikes. Hundreds of people. Nearly $3,000 raised for Maya and her family.

But this ride was about more than the money.

It was about Maya looking outside and seeing an army of people who may have never met her, but wanted her to know one thing:

You are not fighting alone. ❤️

This is what community looks like. This is humanity at work. This is why we ride.

Maya, you are an absolute warrior. Keep fighting. We’re all riding behind you. 🫶

A massive thank you to Lone Wolf Towing, One Broken Biker, Dawn Companion, Bagger Panda, Bike Life Vancouver, Full Throttle Panda, and every single rider, passenger, volunteer, blocker, and person who donated or helped make this happen.

This Sunday, we ride for Maya. ❤️🏍️

Maya is a survivor of the Tumbler Ridge school shooting, and this Sunday we c@ome together to show her and her family that they are not alone.

📍 Meet: BCIT (Back Parking Lot) – Carey Avenue & Canada Way
🕦 Meet Time: 11:30 AM
🏁 Kickstands Up: 12:00 PM

We'll ride together to BC Children's Hospital, where Maya and her family will be waiting outside for a special ride-by. Let's give her something to smile about and remind her that an entire community stands behind her.

After the hospital, we'll ride back to BCIT where we'll hold a 50/50 draw, with proceeds going directly to Maya and her family to help them through this difficult time.

Once the raffle is complete, anyone who wants to keep the day going is invited to join us for a ride to Pat Quinn's Restaurant in Tsawwassen.

We ride for a lot of reasons...
This Sunday, we ride for Maya.
