Additional Policies and FAQs All custom orders must be paid in full before I start creating your item. I can do payment plans but must be paid in full by a specific date. If you would like custom pieces but I do not have the supplies in stock I will have to order more. This process can take up to 2-3 weeks before I get the supplies in the mail.
