Unfortunately, moving forward all custom orders will have to be paid in full before order is started. This includes designs and sewing items.. lately there has been an increase of people not paying for and then, expecting to deliver hours away, or asking for mockups after approving the design. Supplies cost money, it takes time away from someone who wants to order etc. Running a small business is difficult at the best of times, but in the last year it has gotten exponentially harder. I also work as a private caregiver and juggling both businesses can be challenging. Like my custom designs, I hand draw with procreate and often do templates so it cuts down on some time. I use other computer programs as well and they're very very seldom do I use AI unless it is to fine-tune something that I'm struggling with.
