The Bridge Of Life Su***de Prevention/Awareness Candlelight Walk & Vigil are excited to announce that Evolve Mental Heath Apparel will be joining us at this year's event.

Evolve Mental Health Apparel was created from personal experience navigating chronic illness and mental health struggles. What began as a journey through adversity became a mission to create purpose-driven clothing.

Every design is meant to be a reminder that no one is truly alone. By wearing these messages, we can start conversations, foster connections, and continue breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.

Community and support are at the heart of everything we do. That's why 10% of every purchase throughout September will be donated to Momentum Counselling YEG, helping provide access to vital mental health services.

♡ I’ve been a bit absent on here lately, and if I’m being completely honest, it’s because I’ve been struggling with my mental health. Lately, I’ve just felt stuck, having a really tough time filling my own cup, which makes it incredibly hard to show up and be there for anyone else.

Right now, it’s just about taking it day by day. Some days it’s just drinking enough water, getting outside for five minutes, cuddling a dog, or listening to a podcast that makes you laugh. It doesn’t have to look pretty; continuing to show up for yourself is what counts ♡ To anyone else running on empty right now: give yourself some grace.

For over 35 years, Kids Help Phone has been a vital lifeline for young people across Canada. They provide free, confidential, 24/7 support—helping youth ‘Feel Out Loud’ and navigate everything from daily concerns to major crises.

McNally High School, you are legends! 🧡🖤

Last week’s bikeathon was a masterclass in community spirit, raising over $50,000 for CASA Mental Health. Witnessing the students’ passion for advocacy and the energy they brought to this event was truly infectious.

Between the high-spirited atmosphere and the meaningful conversations I shared with students and staff, I’m walking away feeling deeply inspired. It was an honor to donate pieces from Evolve Mental Health Apparel as prizes; seeing the joy on the students’ faces made the day unforgettable.

A heartfelt thank you to Candace at CASA. She is a phenomenal asset to our community, and I feel incredibly lucky to have met her. I can’t wait to be a part of more community work this year.
