Yes! You can freeze your loaf and then bake it!!

Mix a big batch and freeze individual loafs for future baking- thaw a loaf in the fridge for 24-36 hours - or until doubled in size and then bring to room temp on the counter and bake as normal - this is a game changer for my busy sports families !!
