Yesterday's recap it up and ready!
However, I want some other peoples thoughts on something that keeps bugging me. Throughout the trial and today especially is any symptom that was after 3 month or in some case 1 month after having her last baby, is not considered postpartum.
her first symptoms started within the 3 month period of having a baby and after that things continued to build and get worse due to poor treatment honestly. So why do they act like as soon as month 4,5,6,7 and 8 come around it's no longer postpartum it just switches?
I know medicine says postpartum stops at 12 weeks but it's been proven that physical and emotional recovery realistically spans 6 to 18 months. and it's recommend by doctors that waiting at least 18 to 24 months after a live birth before getting pregnant again. This window gives your body time to heal, restores vital nutrient stores, and lowers the risk of health issues like early birth or low birth weight. So clearly it's longer the 12 weeks, correct?
