Ordering Information

Ordering:

Please let me know what you would like to order, quantity, colors, design ect. Once we sort out the details I will let you know what the total cost will be.

Depending on the item, and quantity as well as the time of year :holidays are busier and may have a longer completion time: picks ups vary between 4 days to 4 weeks, rush order is available upon request.

timeline will be determined at the end of the ordering process.

Pick up will be either NW Delton area or Meadowlark area can be available upon request.

I will send you a photo of your order completed and let you know when it is ready, than a pick up time can be arranged.

Payments:

After we have sorted out the details and I give you the total cost, payment can be sent to [email protected]

I require full payment at time of ordering. Once I have received payment I will then start on your order.

the time of completion starts when payment is received. if you order on a Sunday and you pay on a Tuesday the completion time given will start on the Tuesday.

Warranty:

It is hard to give a warranty on items as each comes with specific care instructions. I will provide a business card as well as a care card with each item ordered. I will repair drinkware within two weeks of pick up. I do require photos and the item back than I will fix it with the original design ordered.

Clothing, I have no warranty for sizing. If it does not fit I will not replace. If by chance the image lifts I will replace it. However, I will need photos of the shirt or clothing item in question and what is happening to determine if it was faulty or if it was cared for improperly.

Return Policy:

A return will be considered if the item has not been used or altered in any way within 14 days of pick-up. All approved refunds will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the return of said item will be required.

Custom orders will not be accepted for refund (custom orders include anything that was designed specially for you as well as items with custom names, est. dates, initials, ect.).

Refunded money will go back to the credit/debit card that was used for the original transaction once the return of item is completed.

If you need to cancel an order before we have cut or printed your design, you may do so, however, you will be charged a $7 cancelation fee, this covers our transaction fees, for processing your order and for processing the refund:

Shipping is non-refundable and if the item needs to be shipped back that will be your responsibility.
