Cutting out some beautiful fabrics to become a skirt! These were rescued from a thrift store, just forgotten and discarded.
However, I know gold when I see it.

Well - I added some painted trim to this blazer for !

The trim was painted by on a fabric similar to canvas, and then I added it to this blazer for an elegant touch!

I’ve been hard at work over at on an extremely special restoration project. This task involves adding new backings to vintage quilts; precious pieces that deserve the utmost gentlest touch. To preserve the original fabrics as much as possible, both quilt backings will be carefully hand-stitched. Hand sewing allows for the utmost control and delicacy, ensuring absolutely minimal stress on these timeworn textiles.

Woah! Check out how much just a bit of upcycling and collaboration can do!
, an outstanding painter - painted some canvass material, and asked me to spruce up his blazer; and this is the progress so far!

Two cuffing have been added, as well as two trims, one each on the lower pockets; it's just mind blowing, how beautiful a piece can become with just a bit of colour, collaboration - and dreams.
