Too smoky to ride in kamloops today, stepped onto the patio and had a coughing fit instantly... we could really use some rain right about now... GCC rides will resume once air is breathable again.

Whew!!! Huge shout out to all my supporters who hopped on the livestream for my ride today, really helped bring me more energy and determination to go farther and faster than previously, something to the tune of 39km in 1 hr 48mins, if I didn't kick Cancers butt today, I can at least say I put the run on it for sure! August is here folks! Looks like my goal maybe a little low, let's see how far I can really go this year! 2nd picture is when I realized it was gonna be dark in 10 mins and I still had nearly 50 km to make it back home (about an hour of riding in the night without my light) however, it all went off without a hitch and now I've rocked 91 kms into my goal ON DAY 1! I'm stoked, hope you're all stoked, Lets Kick Cancers Butt!
