If you’ve followed Coco Armadio for a while, you probably already know one thing about us:
We’re always working on something. 🤍
Since 2012, Coco Armadio has been rooted in sustainability, creativity and community here in Ottawa.
We love having a home base where customers can shop, pick up orders and discover our products — but we also believe a small business should be able to get out into its community.
That might mean packing up for a local market, collaborating with another small business, hosting a live art event, participating in a silent auction, raising money for a local rescue, creating a pop-up experience or dreaming up an entirely new project.
Today, Coco Armadio operates across three locations, and this quarter brings plenty of moving parts, projects and opportunities to get involved.
So for the 2026 holiday season, I’m looking for the right person to join me.
I’m looking for someone who genuinely connects with Coco Armadio — our sustainability philosophy, our community involvement and our slightly unconventional approach to retail.
Someone who gets excited about sustainable fashion, handmade accessories, our Heritage Scrunchies and headbands, Boss Face lip kits, Beauty From Bees, creative merchandising, markets, pop-ups and making customers feel genuinely welcome.
You’ll need to be comfortable independently hosting our showroom — welcoming customers, helping with pickups and appointments, processing sales and keeping things beautiful and organized.
But you should also be the kind of person who’s happy to say:
“Okay, what are we working on next?”
Because there is usually something. 😉
THE OPPORTUNITY

🤍 $20/hour 3-4 shifts per week with Additional sales/commission opportunities

WHY THREE MONTHS? 🤍
I typically begin working relationships on a contract basis because I want us both to have the opportunity to decide whether it’s the right fit.
The holiday season gives us three months to work together, get to know each other and see how you feel about Coco Armadio from the inside.
