Heading out on the canoe journey to this year's Annual General Assembly? Please review the schedule below and plan to arrive on time for each activity. We look forward to a safe, enjoyable, and memorable journey together!

🕣 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM | Sign up at Daily Registration
🚌 11:45 AM | Bus departs from MLIB to IR5
🥪 12:00 PM | Gather at IR5 (Lunches Provided)
🦺 12:30 PM | Mandatory Safety Briefing
🙏 12:45 PM | Canoes in the Water & Prayer
(Route: IR5 → Quaw Island → AGA Site)
🛶 1:00 PM | Launch
🏕️ 3:30 PM | Arrival at the AGA Site (McLeod Lake)
Please dress appropriately for the weather and remember that life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water.
