Company Policy:

Product Authenticity: We support our products being 100% Authentic. Any products that are looking to be on the "Resell Market" that are not genuine/authentic will be automatically taken down and user will be removed from the Company Page.

Special Orders: We ask that the client please be aware of the size they are looking for when purchasing a special order. All products are required a payment first online or in person. After approval the item will be sent out or can be picked up. This allows the company to maintain a secure position with the order and with the client. If there are any damage issues that occur we will replace for the same product or of equal value. Please be advised that we will not be responsible for size changing specifically for "Special Orders".

Resell Details: Clients that are looking to resell sneakers or relative gear on the website or store will be asked to sign an agreement form stating that the company is entitled to a 13% commission off of the resell value. GJQ has the rights to recommend to clients reasonable pricing for products and is not responsible for products that are not being purchased.
