A special alteration on a very special dress. 🤍

This gown was originally worn by the bride's mother and altered so her daughter could wear it on her wedding day.

For this alteration, I added boning to the bodice for more structure, removed some lace at the waistline for better definition, and re-sewed the neckline beading onto a backing to give it more body and support.
