Mini fruit pancakes, big smiles. 🫐🍓

We’ve been making these on repeat lately, fluffy, simple, and toddler-approved.

All you need:
✔ 1 cup flour + 1 tsp baking powder + a pinch of salt
✔ 1 tbsp cane sugar + 1 egg + a dash of vanilla
✔ 1 cup milk, added gradually
✔ 3 tbsp melted butter

Pour into a buttered muffin tin, top with seasonal fruit and/or chocolate chips, and bake (10-12min 400F)!

The result? Little bites of happiness ☺️
