I am a proud member of The Muskoka Pine Tree Quilter’s Guild. One of the many activities of the Guild is sewing up charity quilts for people in need. We call it our outreach program. Members put kits together for others to take home and sew. I recently picked up this kit and put it together and quilted it. I put a fleece back on the quilt and sewed it with a pattern called “Winter Wonderland.” At a recent Christmas Craft Show a lady shared with me how much the recipients appreciate these quilts.
