However you are feeling, God’s words has the answer! I recently have been reading the book of Ephesians and Ephesians 1:3-8 is one of the richest passages about who we are in Christ. These verses define a believer’s identity:

Blessed (v.3) — We’ve been given every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms. Our identity starts from abundance, not lack.

Chosen (v.4) — God chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world, to be holy and blameless. We’re not an afterthought; we were wanted before time began.

Adopted (v.5) — Through Jesus, God predestined us for adoption as His children. Adoption in the Roman world was a deliberate legal act giving full rights of sonship — we belong to the family, permanently and on purpose.

Accepted/Graced (v.6) — We’re accepted in the Beloved. Our standing rests on God’s glorious grace freely given, not on performance.

Redeemed and Forgiven (v.7-8) — Through His blood we have redemption — the language of being bought out of slavery — and forgiveness of sins, lavished on us according to the riches of His grace, not rationed out sparingly.

Whatever you’re feeling, I hope by knowing what God says about you, it brings you peace!

I used to think being “seen” meant someone finally noticed I was struggling.

Then I studied Hagar.

She wasn’t seen because her circumstances changed. She wasn’t seen because someone finally rescued her. She was seen in the wilderness — still pregnant, still running, still going back to a hard house. Nothing had changed yet. And God still called her by name before He fixed a single thing.

If you feel like a role in your own house right now — the one everyone needs but no one sees — I want you to know something: God doesn’t wait for your circumstances to improve. He’s already looking.

I used to think being “seen” meant someone finally noticed I was struggling.

Then I studied Hagar.

Sometimes we need a reminder!

As I have been getting closer to God, I am learning that He is willing to do soo much more for His Children beyond what we can ever imagine! The following scripture has changed how I approach Him!

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,” Ephesians‬ ‭3‬:‭20‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

This verse has made me more bolder in my request knowing that He is able do exceedingly MORE than I imagine!
