Happy Thanksgiving!! 🧡

I have so much to be thankful for and I hope you know that YOU are all a part of it!!

Most of all I’m thankful for my family and friends! My little granddaughter - this is my first Thanksgiving as a Nana, and she has given my life a whole new meaning, she’s my whole world!!! 🩷

I’m thankful that I get to do what I do! I couldn’t do this without the support I receive from all of you! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU, it truly means more than you know!! ❤️

No matter what you do today, I hope you have an amazing day!! 🥰

“YOU made ALL of this yourself? By HAND?” 😂 My most frequently asked question at markets! YES! Every single thing I sell at my markets is handmade by me, by myself, with lots (and lots) of love! 🥰

What a beautiful weekend at Saunders Farm! The weather was perfect, families were out enjoying the farm, and there was so much fun happening everywhere! ❤️

Saunders Farm is a family tradition for so many local families, and one of my favourite things is when people stop by my shed and tell me about something they purchased from me in previous years. It honestly means so much! 🥰

We moved to Ottawa when my daughter was 7, and she had her very first visit to Saunders when she was 8. She’s now 38 and STILL makes her yearly trip to the farm! ❤️ Some traditions just stick.

If you’re local, I’ll be at Saunders Farm throughout the season, right up until November 1st! 🍂🎃 It’s such a magical and exciting place to be, so come by, say hi, and join in the fun!

Since I started Weird Sheep I don’t think I’ve ever gone 4 days without posting! I had a very busy market weekend and it was amazing! Thank you so much to Ginette, Ginette Toutain for keeping me company yesterday! They are long days and it was so good to have you there with me! 🥰

The name Escalera means staircase, and the textured stitches climb around the beanie like little steps, giving it a bold, modern look while still being classic enough to wear every day!

The Escalera Beanie is knit using the mosaic knitting technique (one colour per round) and knits up quickly! What colours would you knit yours in?
