IN2R is independent Canadian streetwear born in Saskatchewan and founded by Aidan Anderson. IN2R means I Need To Ride—a message that began with the role riding played in helping Aidan manage anxiety and depression. As Aidan grew, so did the meaning behind the brand: Life is the Ride. It may be family, sport, music, work, creativity, recovery, the outdoors or simply finding the strength to keep going. IN2R creates hoodies, T-shirts, headwear and accessories for everyday life, built around individuality, connection, mental well-being and whatever keeps you moving. Some days, getting out and doing something you love is exactly what you need. Other days, even that feels like work.

We all have our own way of dealing with what life throws at us. For some, it's riding. For others, it's music, getting outside or just having someone to talk to.

But sometimes the things we love aren't enough, and there's nothing wrong with admitting you need a little help.

Whatever you're going through, you don't have to figure it all out on your own.

Today is World Mental Health Day.

You never really know what someone else is riding through.

Someone can look fine, show up, laugh, work, keep moving — and still be carrying more than anyone realizes.

That’s why the little things matter.

A message.
A conversation.
A few extra minutes to listen.
A simple “How are you really doing?”

You don’t need the perfect words. Sometimes just reminding someone they’re not alone can mean more than you know.

Be kind.
