22 years ago, the 3 of us hung a banner on a store front at 1655A-15th Ave and opened the door to Stride & Glide Sports. Since that time, we've expanded in this location/building twice and had the pleasure of serving the amazing run, cross country ski, swim and disc golf communities of Northern BC. To say it has been an adventure would be an understatement, and now the adventure continues in a new location!!
We will be closed from June 28th, to July 1st, while we transport 22 years of, "lets save that in case we need it later", to our new location at 2900-5th Ave (old PGI Foods). Yes, the new location is still green (updating soon). No, our signage isn't ready to go (we will have a couple banners up though). Yes, our phone number stays the same at 250-612-4754. Yes, the interior is ready for us and we are excited to welcome you to our new digs on July 2nd, at 9:30am.
In the meantime, if you need anything to keep you outdoors and active for the next week, we will be open today and tomorrow and then closed until Thursday when we open in our new location. We're also asking you to let your friends and family know where they can find us after this weekend, we don't want anyone to think that we've up and disappeared ☺️
