SECOND CHANCE TO WIN (& story time!)
We were recently asked how long we're going to keep doing this. Their point was that one little shop in our territory can only grow so big. That it doesn't make financial sense to keep growing the giveaway when the shop sales don't grow.
And they're right. We don't see a significant jump in sales after these things. We don't get a huge jump in followers or new customers. As a store is concerned, we simply don't gain.
But what do we get? The ability to share. Share happiness. Share kindness. Share blessings. Our loyal customers, our friends, our family and our community are sharing good and good things as a group. We all smile, we all enjoy it.
When doing this, we're always reminded that good doesn't always happen. That people won't change and giving generously won't make people change. And that maybe sometimes people don't deserve good things. That they get what they deserve.
Truth is, we don't care. We do it for our own fun. We like sharing. Giving. Helping. Building relationships. This journey has brought us so much as a family, that it feels irresponsible not to do these things - even when it "costs" us.
