This week: Singing With The Stars - For Mental Health In Canada, 1 in 5 people face mental health challenges each year. Equally heartbreaking? Indigenous youth are 7-8x more likely to experience su***de 💔 They are families, friends, students + neighbors who need our support!

Every $ raised through SWTS goes towards the Schizophrenia Society of Sask . The statistics surrounding mental health in Canada are a vivid reminder of why community support is so urgent. Vote for us on SWTS page ✅

This is my 3rd year saying yes for this event because this work matters!! Partnering up w my dear friend Zeba Ahmad as we gear up to hit the stage. Our theme? “Queens of the Stage” Can anyone guess the song(s) (Think Queens of music) we’ll be singing? Drop your best guesses in the comments and/or send us alll your good luck vibes 👑 🎤

Some of the most valuable teachings are passed down through connection, culture + community.

This design brings together learning alongside Elders + the importance of giving space for little hands to try, learn and grow. Because culture thrives when generations sit together, ya? 🪶

An exclusive design created for a special community in NWT. An honour 🧡
