When Michels has a yarn sale, you take advantage of it. I was so excited to see the perfect shade of brown in the new Lion Brand COVER Story yarn. So many plans for this yarn. 30% off lol yarn this week. The ladies at our local store are so helpful and kind. Market prep is full swing and hats are priority to complete in the next few weeks. One thing that doesn’t stop when on vacation is when one of your favourite designers has the elephant pattern you have wanted for a long time in a mini size makes it available, you grab it and they sent out early access to ones on their website subscription. Now I can make them mini Loveys, mini plush, and larger sizes of both. Can’t wait to make these when I get home next week.

Stopped in at Mummami store and some of the items I saw there. The chandelier is so pretty. And at The Rubber Duck store this evening I saw a knitting duck. So many cute things. These are all things I have seen in Amsterdam.

The opportunity to go away on one of those dream trips has come available for me and I am heading to Amsterdam and doing a train trip around London, England; Paris, France and Brussels & Bruges, Belgium. I’ll share a few top pictures when I’m back home. But in the mean time I will take a break and being I may not be able to reply in timely manners on here due to time adjustments and being busy enjoying being a tourist. Extreme market prep will be in the works when I get back.

These slithering friends are ready to join the monsters and spiders down at theforestgardenstore . I love that these are great stash busters and perfect for the scrap colours. So many different designs can be done with this using patterned yarn. The pattern also comes with an egg pod pattern if one chooses to add an egg to a custom order. Aren’t these adorable!

My last post forgot to include these monsters that will be heading to theforestgardenstore this week. This fun pattern can be adjusted to so many colours that you can make each one so unique. Love this pattern from Tara | Original Crochet Patterns 🇨🇦

Did a quick run into Michael’s (Sault Ste Marie) and they are making some stock Reno’s and now we have fabric. Also for the makers they carry 20 lb polyfil boxes $129 is what I saw those marked at. That would have you making Ami toys all year or longer. So exciting to see some new crafty items show up in local stores.
