(Be warned: this is a bestie co-owner gush post)

Last Saturday Nicole and her incredible fitness bestie Jess CRUSHED theur very first HYROX Canada half rox in Waterloo and placed 25th! And jeezaloo, am I (Nikki) so incredibly proud of them! They train hard with All About Health-Training a few times a week but these 2 locked in and pushed themselves so hard to accomplish this and they deserve all of the flowers! 💐

Running an independent business can sometimes feel like an uphill climb and Nicole's positive light leads the way on every journey with determination and joy, no joke! She's strong-headed and goal oriented - nothing is impossible, it just has to be figured out. I admire her tenacity and perseverance and I am in awe of the strength she possesses inside and out.

This is my bestie, my dearest Coles and I thought it was time to pull back the curtain a little and showcase some of the things that drive her. Strength for longevity, hustle for mental clarity, cooperation for joy.

New pieces from LAPIMA have rolled into the shop straight from Brazil, featuring shapes from their new -BOARDS- collection.

Inspired by his love of surfing and skateboarding, designer Gustavo has reimagined the body and details of these sport boards and brought them to life through his eyewear.

I can see the light of a clear blue morning 🎶

With the long weekend upon us, we are excited to take in some nature, some big cups of coffee and of course a little extra time.
