Shopping Protocol ✨⁠

The PHO has lifted the order on masks in public indoor settings. We understand that everyone has a different risk threshold and tolerance to masking, and that everyone will go at their own pace as things start to open up. Some of us are ripping those masks off, excited to move on, some are going to take some time to get comfortable with the changes. We are asking customers to understand that we require close proximity to our dancers in order to properly fit and assist with dancewear selections, so we are asking customers over 5 to continue wearing masks while shopping for the time being, and we look forward to the day when we no longer feel this is necessary. As we have since these changes first came into effect, we will continue to accommodate those that can’t wear masks. Please give us a call if you need assistance. ⁠

*Children under 5 are encouraged, but not required to wear masks. ⁠
*We have masks available if you don’t have one handy in your dance bag! ⁠
*We offer curbside pickup and have private appointments available before the store opens for those that can’t wear masks or need extra time or space in the store. Call if you need help with making a booking.⁠

Appointments for pointe shoes remain required to ensure we have a fitter available for you. Regular shopping appointments are encouraged. ⁠

These are not easy decisions to make and we struggle over them to make sure we are doing what’s best for our community. We ask everyone to respect that decision and our staff. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as we all work together for to keep our dance community safe and health !
