STNDRD FARE STNDRD FARE is about getting outdoors, staying active, and changing the way you think about your daily uniform. All things that we thought should be "STANDARD".

Tailored merino wool performance apparel for every day, designed to help you build better outdoor habits while looking your best. The STNDRD FARE FB page was conceived as a community hub for posting great outdoor events, initiatives, personal wilderness experiences, photos, stories, outdoor tips and the such from all over the globe, in the hopes of inspiring more people to get out into the wild an

d fostering a life long passion for the outdoors. We would love for you to join the family and share your insights with us to help build the momentum for this great cause! STNDRD FARE started with our kids, and the idea of living a more balance life, getting outside more often and promoting everyday outdoor play as a family. We looked at inhibitors to outdoor play and there were quite a few, some that we couldn't control to a large extent. But one that stood out was "comfort". People just weren't comfortable getting outside and being active from Monday to Friday. After all, it's no fun to get sweaty in a suit and tie. So we set out to build a line of shirts and accessories that promote, rather than inhibit active outdoor pursuits and won't have you showing up at the office looking like you just got off the spin-bike at the gym. Our inaugural launch of our jersey knit button-downs, henley's and tees have all of the performance properties of your favourite go-to gym clothes, but with a tailored styling and old-world build quality that allows you to wear it straight from your cottage or campsite to your Monday morning meeting. 3% of all net sales will go to funding local outdoor organizations and wilderness initiatives, so let us know if you have any organizations that are dear to your heart and we'll look at putting them on our list. Our purpose has always been about empowering outdoor play. For many of us, camps are a place where we first experienced the wonders of the wilderness and the great outdoors. It’s a right of passage for many of Canada’s youth, building lifelong friendships, an appreciation of the natural world around them and skill-sets and confidence that will follow them into adulthood.

However, many camps now face uncertain futures, being hit hard by COVID and the recent restrictions. That’s why we started the Caps for Camps initiative. For every merino wool beanie sold, we’re donating $10 directly to the Camping Bursary Fund , specifically the Bob Boutilier Memorial Fund, which funds access for youth to participate at
