Huge news (this is not a drill 🚨) - we’re hosting the first in-person event we’ve had at our studio in Toronto in a very long time 🤯 A STUDIO SALEEEEEE!!

Friday, July 17th - noon - 8pm
Saturday, July 18th - noon - 4pm

That’s NEXT WEEK!!! I don’t even know what to say about how long it’s been (8 years to be exact! How old am I now? I don’t want to talk about it…) 😆 I’m going to ignore the somewhat disturbing fact of ALL THOSE YEARS having slipped by like a ship in the night, and just focus on celebrating the great news that we’re going to be opening our studio doors next week for you to shop all of the things, and IN-PERSON!!

We hope you will pop in and try some thing on, hit up random strangers for their opinion on how things look on you, fo**le all the ReNests, and enjoy an old-time, just like it used to be, full-sensory Birds experience with us in our studio at 5 Adrian Avenue!! 🥰

A heads up that our summer collection sale starts tomorrow!! I don’t want to call it an ‘end-of-season’ sale, as we’re SO FAR from the end of the season, and that sounds like a bummer, right?! But it’s not a bummer AT ALL, because all of our SS26 collection will be 25% off starting at noon tomorrow, Tuesday the 7th!

Also PS we’ll be closed Friday, so no studio pickup that day, but we’re here the rest of the week!

Happy end of June!! Holy crow, it has been a busy month 😆 We’re going to be closed tomorrow, July 1st, but back to normal hours the rest of the week!

This is a ReNest I nabbed off the top of last week’s new release - a Mountaingem from our SS19 collection! Such a simple little dress, but perfect for the hot days we’re having right now 🥰 Enjoy the heatttttttt 😅

Beautiful Marie in one of our most popular summer collection cuts, Columba! This was a new shape for Birds this season - a multi-panelled dress with a square neckline and flared silhouette ❤️ We called this cotton print ‘Summer Sweetness’ because strawberries 🍓 🥰🍓

Thank you so much for showing up for our 10th ReNest release earlier this week! We’re almost done shipping, so your orders will be on the move soon!! This is one of the dresses that’s still available - a Minivet from our SS17 collection, so this birdie’s almost a decade old! This is officially a size 10, but I remember that this style, for some reason, came in SO SMALL - the size 2 was like a doll’s dress 😆 We’ve listed this OG size 10 as asn 8, and it’s a perfect size 6/8 if that’s your size!

One of the things I most love about the ReNesting program (aside from keeping Birds clothes endlessly circulating among a community of people who love and wear them! 😍) is that we’re able to make a small donation from every ReNest sale to the Toronto Wildlife Centre! TWC is a non-profit wildlife rehabilitation organization that rescues, treats, and releases injured, sick, and orphaned wild animals in the Greater Toronto Area. They also educate the public on how to coexist safely with urban wildlife, which is essential to doing right by the other creatures who live in this city with us! Our most recent donation last week, of $517, brought our total donation to TWC from ReNesting sales up to $3493.79! Thanks for your enthusiasm for this program! We couldn’t do it without you 🥰
