My daughter Stevie has graciously offered to do counselling sessions via Skype, what's app, etc for people 25 years and younger for the amazing price of $25.00 per session!!
Stevie is also a therapist with an Honours degree in Psychology. Please pass this info on to any young person you know who may be struggling with anxiety or depression.

3 fillings today, the freezing has worn off. Meditation works amazingly well to minimize pain. No drugs on board and I'm still smiling:)

When you feel yourself getting anxious or wound up, try taking 3 deep breaths. Inhale slowly and deeply, hold the breath for 3 or 4 seconds then exhale slowly.
You'll feel your whole body and mind relax.
