NEW YORK VLOG
IT'S ALWAYS IMPORTANT TO SHOW UP FOR THE SPECIAL MOMENTS IN LIFE!!!

Honestly, it's a shame that I've been reducing my US travel and I haven't been to New York for a few years, due to... "You Know!!".

However, it's always a pleasure travelling with the family and getting to see my mother-law, aunts and our other US families .

Big Congrats To...
Kevin & Sabrina on their big day. Young Love!!!
Big Shout Out To... my cousins, and all the family.
Stay Blessed

All joking aside, as we get older it's very important that we maintain a regular excersize routine and make it a part of our lifestyle.

For me going, the gym is not only to develope my muscles in order to protect my aging bones, but also to maintain my mental health.

Living a balanced lifestyle is a must in our older years.
