This video was made in 2026 and this guy has been wearing his SLUG Vegan belt since before Covid so about seven years ago!!!

It may be hard to believe that this belt is 100% vegan but it is and it lasts a long time. The SLUG Vegan belt was made by a Canadian company called Truth Belts and they have been making high-end Vegan Belts since 2001.

Today is my last day of a three day juice feast which I do every once in a while. On a regular basis, I do a 24 hour juice feast once per week-ish.

What does that look like??

The green juice consists of parsley, cilantro, ginger, turmeric, celery, cucumber, lemon, and apple. And in the evening - pineapple, grapefruit and orange.

I mixed it up with a few other ingredients on day 2 &3 such as spinach, fennel, beet, dill and kale.

I consume about 4 1/2 to 5 L per day.

It feels amazing!!!!
