蛇年快乐!
I've been dealing with alot of artistic block, but trying to reclaim my joy in creative practice in 2025 (and continuing in my Mandarin study) so this new year decided to practice my character writing and make a quick cute red envelope

Its still abit difficult to do some of my art with the recent broken hand shenanigans, I gotta do more to re-strengthen my hand cause wearing the cast for so long made me weak... At least still making art in 2023, Continuing my mandarin language studies- also wanna keep up regularly making art everyday makes me feel better about life. I'm not the make new years resolutions, the world is too chaotic all I can do is try to do my best 🤷

I haven't been able to work on much art since November 11th when I broke my left hand as most of my art involves both hands simultaneously... But my hand specialist doctor gave me the okay to very slowly, carefully start trying to work on things again!

Played around with some recycling odds and ends to start this little Christmas tree scene, not quite a finished project- but I'm so excited to be able to work on things again, even if it's alittle at a time-it feels like a gift. 🎁 🎄
