In 8 days, we'll be sharing something that has been months in the making.

What started as a simple observation in our boutique - that many women struggle unnecessarily because of inadequate breast support - has grown into a research conversation and now a knowledge-sharing opportunity.

Next week, we'll be joining partners, educators, advocates, and community members for the first Research Dissemination, where findings from our work around breast support and black teen girls (from the parents perspective) will be presented.

Sometimes the most meaningful barriers to well-being and performance are the ones we rarely talk about.

We're looking forward to changing that conversation.

What if something as simple as proper breast support could change how a teen girl experiences sports, confidence, posture… and even participation in everyday life?

At TheBraGirl, this is a conversation we have every single day.
And now, that conversation is becoming research.

Over the past year, we started a research initiative. Partnering with College, we began to explore how support impacts the wellness and physical activity of teen girls from the perspective of parents.

What we uncovered is important.

Many girls experience discomfort, self-consciousness, limited movement, and reduced participation simply because they do not have adequate support or education around breast health and bra fitting.

This dissemination event, more than a presentation, is a community conversation. One that concerns mothers, educators, youth leaders, healthcare professionals, women-focused organizations, and anyone passionate about helping girls thrive confidently through every stage of life.
