I'm delighted that a collection of Fervent Folk earrings is now available at Lennard Taylor on Sherbrook Street, where their quiet, understated beauty feels right at home among Lennard's thoughtfully tailored garments.

What makes this collaboration especially meaningful is our shared commitment to creating with care. Both Fervent Folk and Lennard Taylor value reusing, upcycling, and reimagining materials—finding beauty in what already exists and working toward a more circular, sustainable way of making.

These earrings are a little adornment, thoughtfully made, to accompany clothing that is equally intentional.

🤍 Hand-cast from reclaimed aluminum, smelted from recycled scrap by Artisans in Madagascar.
🤍 Feather-light and comfortable enough for everyday wear.
🤍 Tarnish-free and made to last.
🤍 Available now at Lennard Taylor.

My classes end tomorrow (Wednesday)
My summer Markets start Saturday! ..
This makes it sound like I'll be doing many summer Markets... I won't. They will be few and far between, picking up a bit in the fall. Stay tuned to socials for up to date schedule notices, and *as always*, I'm open for in-studio visits or online orders if you're looking for something from the Fervent shop.

Most of my time and focus these days continues to be directed towards professional development in spiritual care: my classes and writing papers (last essay for spring term due mid-July), reading and study. I've noticed that my classes have really given me a boost in validation - I am a trained, professional spiritual director! I am really good at my work! And, I not only *want* to improve and learn more, it's ethically required of my profession.

The barriers, I've noticed, haven't been my desire to do so, but the lack of perceived social acknowledgement/recognition that this is important work.

Continued learning is important! In my profession self-awareness + SEUS ( safe and effective use of self) isn't just 'nice to know', it's professional development, because *I* am (my Self is) the tool used in my work.

This is 20yo me at one of my favorite places in the world - HBH in Lithuania (is it still there, I wonder?)
Found this photograph as I was prepping for my presentation on "Making, Mending & Mysticism" I gave at church last Saturday. It went well, but I'm glad it's over! 😅 Public speaking is not my favorite.

Just a post to say, 👋 I'm still here! I posted a check-in chat on my stories/highlights about what I've been up to since I went dark here on IG at the end of 2025. The reality is: I don't have capacity these days to be marketing/creating content when I'm also studying, making stuff, parenting and all that jazz. 🤷‍♀️

Story Check-in TLDR: doing my masters in Spiritual care. Prepping for a *few* markets. Wrestling with being a dependent on my partner while doing my unpaid work.

Q: How do you "be" in today's capitalist society, giving your gifts and skills when you're not supported financially?
