I’ve been a little quiet around here lately, but I promise I’m still here!

I’ve noticed I’ve lost a few followers along the way, but to those of you who have stuck around, thank you. Your continued support means more than you know. 🥹🫵🏽💕🫶🏽

I’ve been taking some much-needed time to slow down, rest, and focus on my well-being. Something that doesn’t come naturally to someone who always feels the need to keep busy! 😂

The creativity hasn’t disappeared, and neither has my love for what I do. I’m just learning that sometimes we need to give ourselves the same care, love, grace and patience we put into everything we create.

Momma & Moose isn’t going anywhere. I’m just moving at a gentler pace these days. ❤️

There’s something about beadwork that quiets my whole nervous system. 🪶

When my hands are busy, one bead at a time, my mind slows down. The noise gets quieter. My breathing settles. For a little while, I’m not thinking about everything I need to do and everything I’ve carried for so long…

I’m just me, just creating.
The whole world slows down…

Beadwork has become so much more than making something beautiful. It’s medicine. It’s reflection. It’s reconnecting with myself, my culture, and a part of me that needed somewhere safe to land.

Some healing doesn’t happen through words, sometimes it happens quietly, one bead at a time. 💕

True story… I couldn’t resist making bread again 😂

There’s just something about homemade focaccia—the smell filling the house, that golden crispy crust, and all those fluffy little pockets. This batch got loaded up with tomatoes, olives, rosemary and all the good stuff. 🍅🫒🌿

Apparently I’m in my bread-making era now… and I’m not mad about it 🙌🏽 if only Madison Fitness Collective was closer, I’d be joining the next spin class 😉
